If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact us at email@example.com within 7 days of delivery. We do not refund shipping costs or pay for return shipping. We require a receipt or proof of purchase, and we recommend that you save your invoice for your records.
Any items returned within 7-14 days will be issued a store credit.
If you have purchased a Pre Order item, you have 7 days after you receive your item to process the return for a refund. Any Pre-Orders that are returned within the 7-14 day period will be issued a store credit.
If you want to cancel your Pre Order please contact us. You will need to contact us with order number and we will gladly refund you.
In order to receive a refund the item must be unused and in original packaging that you received from us.
We will only except returns for products that we sell on our website. All clearance items are final and no returns and or exchanges.
We will gladly exchange an item if defected by manufacture as long as the item is in stock and available on our website and not a sold out item.
There is a 5% restocking fee for any holiday items that are returned after the holidays.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
The shipping cost on all original orders are non-refundable and the cost for shipping will be deducted from any refund.

We ship to all 50 US States including Puerto Rico. Note that there are some time delays when shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, which may incur extra shipping fees.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options we choose. Depending on the shipping provider we choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
